Dealer's Terms and Conditions

RHINO SHELF™ and RHINO SHELVES™ are trademarked brand names of Garage Storage Innovations, a wholly owned subsidiary of Innovative Design Technologies, LLC.

WE DO NOT SELL FRANCHISES. WE ARE LOOKING FOR DEALERS WHO ARE ALREADY IN THE CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS OR HAVE APPLICABLE EXPERIENCE AND WHO QUALIFY AS "DEALERS" UNDER ANY APPLICABLE STATE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES SALES ACT.

All new Dealers must have or obtain a sales tax exemption number (or proof of doing business in a no-tax state) and agree to collect and remit all sales tax, use tax or any other tax or governmental fee that my occur from sales of RHINO SHELF products.  The Dealer must have complied with all licensing, registration and/or permitting requirements of the jurisdiction(s) where the Dealer proposes to sell and install RHINO SHELF products, and maintain liability and workers compensation insurance as required by the Dealer's contract.

Inventory levels are set by the Dealer based on his own estimate of business needs,and there is no minimum re-order amount. Re-orders of product are done electronically on our Dealer Support section of this website or by phone or fax.

The Dealer Support Section also provides Dealers with suggested, but not prescribed, Marketing Plans and Materials, Technical Installation Aids, and Business Management Tools, and is constantly being expanded with new material.

RHINO SHELF Kits are sold to the Dealer as a Value Added Reseller and the Product alone, without installation, cannot be re-sold to middle-men or end-users by the Dealer through any channel of e-commerce. We sell directly to consumers for DIY installation through our e-commerce site rhinoshelf.com. Please feel free to visit this site for more information of our RHINO SHELF products.  We also have a program to sell the product directly to Builder/Contractors for their own installation in new construction and as upgrades to new home buyers.  The Dealer's market is the existing home or building owner who wishes to have RHINO SHELF products installed in their structure.

RHINO SHELF does not grant exclusive territory marketing rights.  It is our goal to maintain a low saturation of Dealers within geographic areas, however.  Additionally, RHINO SHELF may agree to assign a proven Dealer a Preferred Territory or Preferred Customer for the Dealer's marketing, sales and installation efforts.  When either a Preferred Territory or Preferred Customer is assigned to a Dealer, then RHINO SHELF at its sole discretion will direct inquiries for installation of RHINO SHELF products to the assigned Dealer.
